RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at Nail MAD! We are committed to providing you high quality products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.nailmad.com. If your purchase was through another marketplace, please review that marketplace’s return policy as it may be different.

How to process your return:

  1. Contatct us at info@nailmad.com to get the return address.
  2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in original packaging if possible) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Nail MAD will handle all returns only once it has been received at the facility. On average, it may take us 1 to 2 business days to process your return. All refunds will be issued back to the originating account.

In the event that a NailMAD gift card is applied to an order and that order is refunded for any reason, any gift cards used in that order will not be refunded.

At this time, NailMAD cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to NailMAD. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
