DAMAGES + DEFECTS

Please let us know immediately if there are any damages or defects upon delivery of your order. We’re happy to quickly assist with finding the best solution for your needs.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

We are not accepting any refund or exchange in-store purchase except the quality problem.

To initiate a return, please apply for a return through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.

All refunds are provided in the form of store credit (eGift Card).

Due to our quality and hygiene standards, used products cannot be returned. All returned products must be unused, new, and in their original packaging. Returns that have not been approved by customer service will not be accepted.

All red-line sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Please send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND (eGift Card)

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. Once your returned item(s) are inspected, you will receive an email confirmation containing a gift card equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus any shipping charges. Returns are solely provided via a gift card. The gift card can be used towards future purchases on our website!

Returned items must meet the above criteria, and we reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.

NOTES FOR DIY

We recommend that you only purchase colors you are familiar with or have researched thoroughly, as colors may vary slightly due to different factors. For example, lighting conditions and screen settings.

Some products are for professional use only and require certain knowledge, training, and skill to be used properly. We cannot be held liable for improper use or bodily reactions. We do not manufacture the products sold. We recommend taking these products to your favorite salon to have them professionally applied.
